The Hong Kong Air Cadets Corps – 203 Squadron traces its origins back to the 1980s at Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College, where it was first established as No. 5 Squadron. In the mid‑1990s, with population growth and the expansion of the Corps, the unit was reorganized and relocated to The HKTA Ching Chung Secondary School in Kwun Tong. It was then renamed 203 Squadron, sharing training facilities with 201 Squadron until 1999, before moving to Yuen Yuen Institute No. 3 Secondary School in Tseung Kwan O.

By 2010, 203 Squadron had further transitioned to new training venues at Kung Lok Government Secondary School and Ng Wah Catholic Secondary School in Ngau Tau Kok. As the Corps headquarters expanded across districts, the squadron was eventually stationed at the Tseung Kwan O Tsz Shan Street Community Hall, where it continues to hold regular parades and training sessions.

Guided by the principles of honesty, fairness, and perseverance, 203 Squadron strives to serve Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon East, and surrounding communities. Through its programs, the squadron develops young people’s discipline, outdoor skills, aviation knowledge, and leadership abilities, preparing them to meet the challenges of the future.
 

香港航空青年團 - 二零三中隊，源於八十年代九龍喇沙‘ 陳瑞祺 ’書院，當時為香港航空青年團 - 第五縱隊( No.5 SQN)。其後於九十年代中期，因人口增長，團隊擴展及重新重組，調動到九龍觀塘之‘ 青松中學 ’作為訓練場地，從新命名為二零三中隊，並與二零一中隊使用同一個訓練場地直至到一九九九年。及後轉至將軍澳圓玄第三中學。 

二零一零年中，二零三中隊為轉址到位於觀塘功樂官立中學及牛頭角雲泉中學。隨著各區及配全總部發展，現時，本中隊已派調到將軍澳至善街社區會堂進行常規集會訓練；以誠實、公正、忍耐 之訓練宗旨及原則下，不斷努力為將軍澳、九龍東等多個區域，以拓展青年人的團體紀律、野外技能、航空知識及領袖才能等為未來作好準備。

Vision 願景：

    1.    Expand the squadron to be one of the best of the best squadron in the Hong Kong Air 

           Cadet Corps;

    2.    To provide different experience for our cadets and buildup their abilities to fly high

           with colors. 

    3.    To provide excellence as the premier aeronautical minded youth organization to serve

           our community. 

   1.    托展本隊成繼續保持成為本團其中一隊精英隊伍。

   2.    為我們的學員增加不同的視野和經驗，以建立出色的技能為未來振翅高飛。

   3.    提供卓越的航空訓練推廣的青年組織，服務社群。
 

Mission 使命:

        (d) Provide cadets with a variety of activities, guide them towards their success.
